You won’t be cold calling.

Instead, you’ll take brand-new clients from:

You won’t just manage accounts — you’ll drive results.
You likely have 2–4 years’ experience in SaaS Customer Success, onboarding, or account management.
You’ve:
You understand that great Customer Success is proactive, structured, and confident. It often means holding clients accountable to the plan.
You don’t need to be a developer — but if terms like workflows, funnels, automations, integrations, and dashboards sound familiar, you’re in the right space.
