Customer Success Manager

Tamarind Intelligence is seeking a driven and resourceful Junior Client Success Manager who will act as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients. This role is pivotal in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management and up-selling opportunities. This is a hybrid role, based in Barcelona.

Working closely with the Customer Success lead, this role focuses on onboarding, day-to-day client support, and driving user engagement across accounts. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in Client Success within a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and training sessions

  • Manage day-to-day client queries and provide timely, high-quality support

  • Monitor user engagement and proactively follow up with clients

  • Manage user access, permissions, and platform setup

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client data

  • Assist in preparing usage reports and renewal materials

  • Coordinate client surveys and collect feedback

  • Support the Product Feedback Programme logistics

  • Collaborate with internal teams (analysts, tech, sales) to support client needs

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, or similar client-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management

  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach

  • Comfortable working with data and engagement metrics

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
