This role is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients while ensuring they achieve maximum value from a sophisticated SaaS platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, satisfaction, and operational efficiency for customers’ last-mile delivery processes. By leading Success Plans, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborating cross-functionally, you will influence product development and help shape client experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and possesses the technical aptitude to support integrations and feature adoption. Your work will have direct impact on customer retention, expansion, and long-term business growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction with the platform
  • Develop and execute Success Plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to track client goals and outcomes
  • Proactively monitor KPIs, customer needs, and platform usage to maximize value delivery and adoption of new features
  • Serve as a technical product expert, providing training, testing, troubleshooting, and support for integrations and APIs
  • Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams to influence product development and feature rollout
  • Facilitate smooth operational execution for clients’ last-mile delivery processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product features and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Sales
  • Fluent in Spanish, French, and English
  • Substantial SaaS experience and strong understanding of IT solutions and API integrations
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and identify actionable insights
  • Experience in Logistics & Supply Chain and familiarity with Postman is a plus
