About the Role

To support our continued growth in the UK, we are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to take ownership of our enterprise customer portfolio following implementation.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact post go-live, ensuring customers realise measurable value from the Corporater Business Management Platform. You will support customers in leveraging both core GRC capabilities and AI-enabled functionality to improve decision-making, automation, and insight generation.

This is a commercially minded customer-centric role sitting at the intersection of Delivery, Product, and Sales.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the post-implementation customer lifecycle from go-live through renewal and beyond

  • Develop and execute tailored success plans aligned with each customer’s strategic objectives

  • Monitor platform adoption, usage trends, and customer health metrics, including AI-driven insights and analytics where applicable

  • Support customers in adopting and scaling AI-enabled features and use cases within the platform

  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities (new modules, users, AI capabilities, and use cases)

  • Build strong relationships with both operational users and executive stakeholders

  • Coordinate with Delivery, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance customer outcomes

  • Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and value realisation sessions

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to continuous product and service improvement, including AI roadmap feedback

  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions in collaboration with the sales team

  • Contribute to customer engagement initiatives such as Corporater Connect at Parliament and regional roundtables


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within enterprise software / SaaS

  • Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across complex customer environments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement

  • Experience working with enterprise clients (public sector experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with customer success frameworks, methodologies, and tools

  • Exposure to or interest in AI-driven solutions, analytics, or data-enabled platforms is an advantage

  • Experience within the GRC domain (Governance, Risk, Compliance) is an advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with varying levels of complexity

  • UK residency or valid work authorisation (required)
