This role offers the opportunity to lead post-sale customer engagement for strategic airline accounts, owning the full customer journey from onboarding to adoption and commercial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with airline revenue management, pricing, and commercial teams, translating complex data and workflows into measurable success. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will define customer success processes, establish scalable frameworks, and influence product and operational decisions. You will build structured customer cadences, monitor adoption metrics, and identify expansion opportunities while shaping a growing Customer Success function. The role combines strategic thinking with execution, enabling both immediate impact and long-term value for customers. You will also mentor colleagues and create repeatable processes for future growth.
