We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Regional Manager, Customer Success to lead our Customer Success (CS) team and drive exceptional client outcomes across the region. In this role, you will champion a customer‑centric culture, deliver outstanding retention results, and support revenue and growth across our portfolio.
You’ll take ownership of regional performance—ensuring customer retention above 98%, driving TTV growth, increasing product usage, and supporting preferred supplier and online adoption. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Operations partners to influence the regional P&L, shape strategic initiatives, and deliver change that supports both UK and global priorities.
You will be a role model for leadership excellence: coaching, developing, and empowering your team, fostering a high‑performance culture, and ensuring consistent adoption of CS processes and tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and Gong. You’ll play a critical role in elevating the end‑to‑end customer experience, identifying trends before they impact our clients, and delivering insights that shape our future product and service offering.
