We're looking for a
Customer Success Manager who wants to be the orchestrator of successful client onboardings, not just a task checker. Someone who thrives on coordinating complex projects from start to finish and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

π§ Your Day-to-DayClient Onboarding Leadership: Own the entire onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints
Stakeholder Coordination: Be the central hub connecting clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
Timeline Management: Create realistic project timelines, track milestones, and proactively address any delays before they impact delivery
Expectation Management: Communicate clearly with clients about what to expect, when to expect it, and manage scope changes professionally
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet Dost's high standards before client handoff
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
Team Coordination: Work closely with technical analysts and senior consultants to allocate resources effectively

- Finance/Business background: Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Experience managing B2B client relationships
- 2-5 years of project management experience in SaaS, fintech, or consulting environments
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Understanding of ERP implementations or financial software
