At Optiply, Customer Success isn’t about "support tickets"—it’s about industrial-scale value realization. You are the bridge between legacy procurement workflows and the autonomous future. You will act as a hybrid of a Strategic Consultant, Technical Solutions Architect, and Behavioral Coach, guiding mid-market leaders through the most significant operational shift of their careers.
What You’ll Own: The Success Roadmap
Phase 1: The Integration (Weeks 1-4)
- Data Orchestration: Lead the technical mapping between customer ecosystems (ERP, WMS, Shopify/Magento) and Optiply’s AI engine.
- Strategic Benchmarking: Establish the "Current State" vs. "AI-Enabled State" KPIs. You aren't just setting up software; you're defining the customer’s financial goals for the next three years.
Phase 2: The Transformation (Months 2-6)
- Behavioral Coaching: Tackle the "Black Box" anxiety. You will coach buyers to move from manual overrides to strategic oversight, managing the psychological shift from operator to orchestrator.
- Governance & Guardrails: Design the safety nets that allow the AI to run autonomously while ensuring the customer feels in total control of their capital.
Phase 3: The Value Multiplier (Months 6+)
- C-Suite Advocacy: Deliver quarterly business reviews that read like McKinsey reports—translating technical adoption into cash flow, working capital efficiency, and EBITDA impact.
- Expansion & Advocacy: Turn successful implementations into case studies and identify opportunities to deepen our footprint within the customer’s supply chain.
