The Opportunity
This is not a traditional “support-style” Customer Success role. As a Customer Success Manager in Heimdal, you will own a portfolio of customers end-to-end - from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and commercial driver, ensuring customers achieve measurable value while identifying growth opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to reduce churn, increase ARR, and drive expansion revenue. If you’re looking for a role where you can combine relationship management, strategy, and commercial impact, this is it.
You will report into Anders, Manager of Customer Success, EMEA & Americas and work out of our Copenhagen office (hybrid).
