Job title: Business Improvement Implementation Specialist

Location: Homebased Spain or UK

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Implementation Specialist to join our Regulatory Services (RS) stream, reporting to the Business Improvement Lead. This role contributes to investigations, system configuration and setup related to improvements to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in supporting improvements in information systems, platforms, information management, practices, procedures and organisation changes. This is full time, permanent role homebased in Spain or UK. Some national and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Improvement Lead to define the approach needed to achieve strategic and operational goals on improvement projects.

  • Interfacing with key systems, to gain knowledge through analysis of the RS processes, procedures, systems and associated regulatory requirements to allow for effective identification of and collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Assist in supporting the effective communication pathways with cross-functional teams including Process Engineers/Architects, IT Business Analysts, and Project Managers in improvement delivery and with associated SMEs.

  • Contribute to how training related to a specific change is integrated into the main new-starter training, especially system training.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or training issues that may arise during the development, delivery, and/or post-implementation phases.

  • Monitors and analyses effectiveness of change to the business as identified in project plan or as identified as ongoing analyses within the business systems.

To be successful in the role, you will have

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a BSI RS operational role OR minimum 2 years of direct experience in product/process/operational delivery.

  • Technical literacy with the ability to quickly learn BSI RS Systems and Processes.

  • Experience in the application of quality management systems.

  • IT literate and able to engage with new and emerging technologies and applications.
