 Workflow implementation specialist EDS and digital workflow

 

In this role, you will report to the EDS & Instruments NL Manager and work closely with the sales managers and the Sales Director for DACHNL. Your responsibility will be to increase market share in the EDS and CAD/CAM sectors in the Dutch market.

 

Your Role:

  • Implement the indirect digital workflow in dental practices and clinics to increase the market share of CEREC Consumables in the Netherlands
  • Guide customers as they begin working digitally with EDS Consumables.
  • Help customers make the right choice between indirect and direct restorations
  • Training universities, clinics, dental practices, and retail partners on the indirect workflow with CEREC Consumables
  • Developing and delivering training programs and course topics is a key part of the role. Additionally, the position involves conducting internal sales and technical EDS training for the sales team, as well as visiting universities to promote EDS and CEREC Consumables 
  • The goal is to increase market share in the EDS and CAD/CAM sectors within the Dutch market

 

Your Profile:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of EDS, CEREC Consumbals and digtal workflow 
  • You have completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or have a business administration background
  • Experience with Training
  • You have solid professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition (experience in the dental and healthcare markets is a plus)
  • You stand out due to your confident and competent demeanor, combined with high self-motivation, perseverance, and a keen sense for customer relations
  • Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality
  • Confident and customer-focused demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • You have a result-oriented and independent work style, along with the ability to present complex topics concisely and clearly
  • You empathetically identify complex customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) as well as good English skills (knowledge of German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
