Strategic Implementation Specialist (Remote from UK)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver end-to-end implementations for new customers in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will guide strategic customers through onboarding, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes efficiently and effectively. The position requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and customer-centric skills to create seamless experiences while fostering long-term customer success. You will collaborate across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver implementations that are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with best practices. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, while helping the organization refine and improve its implementation processes. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel (<10%) for key engagements.

• Manage and execute complex, multi-customer implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process, providing hands-on support and expert advice.
• Advise customers on best practices to optimize their use of the platform and achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to address customer needs and refine implementation processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

• Proven experience managing multiple complex implementation or onboarding projects in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of configurable SaaS platforms, workflows, and system integrations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and drive results independently.
• Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience tailoring solutions to diverse business requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator, capable of distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
• Experience in ATS platforms, HR tech, or enterprise software implementation is a plus.
