• Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years' experience in information systems, software development or related experience.
• Experience supporting clinical workflows focusing on applications like Epic.
• Ability to understand patient flow and document requirements for technical design.
• Strong collaboration skills with clinical, operational, and leadership teams.
