About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer / Solution Architect to join Fresco on a 4–6 month FTC or contractor basis.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on supporting complex sales opportunities, understanding customer requirements and designing practical technical solutions using Fresco’s platform.
You’ll work closely with Account Management, Product, Delivery and Engineering to lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations and implementation planning. You’ll be expected to make an immediate impact, so candidates must be available immediately or within 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects, understanding their business, technical and integration requirements.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales throughout the sales cycle to develop compelling technical solutions.
- Design solutions using Fresco’s platform, APIs, integrations and data capabilities.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, proofs-of-concept and integration walkthroughs.
- Translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals, technical architectures and implementation approaches.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and challenges early in the sales process.
