Rate: 270-300€/day.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong expertise in data architecture and modern data platforms, particularly Databricks.

• Proven experience with enterprise data solutions, including:

- Anaplan.

- SAP BW.

• Deep understanding of:

- Data integration patterns.

- Data governance frameworks.

- Data optimization techniques.

• Ability to translate architectural concepts into practical implementations.

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments. St

• rong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with business functions such as Finance.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with data transformation and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive solution architecture strategies for the Group’s Databricks data hub.

• Bridge the gap between conceptual architecture and hands-on delivery, ensuring scalable and efficient implementations.

• Collaborate closely with Group Finance stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

• Independently manage and engage key stakeholders across the organization.

• Design and oversee data integration solutions across platforms such as SAP BW and Anaplan.

• Support and enhance data governance frameworks and best practices.

• Lead initiatives to optimize data performance and scalability.

• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards and long-term strategy.

• Contribute to the ongoing data transformation program within an international context.

• Occasionally work onsite at the Barcelona office.

Specific Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Databricks architecture and implementation.

• Strong background in financial data environments (Group Finance preferred).

• Expertise in hybrid data ecosystems (cloud + legacy systems like SAP BW).

• Experience integrating planning tools (Anaplan) with enterprise data platforms.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable data solutions in production environments.

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and lakehouse architecture.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Experience working in international and cross-functional teams.
