As our (Senior) Customer Success Manager for Spain, you will be the strategic anchor for our expansion, focusing heavily on senior stakeholder management and end-to-end project management. You will navigate complex client landscapes, align C-level expectations, and execute the flawless rollout of our innovative payment platform across major Italian car dealership groups.
Your mission
Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary, high-level liaison and trusted advisor for our Italian customer portfolio
Project management: Drive the end-to-end implementation of our innovative payment process platform from kickoff to final rollout
Risk mitigation: Identify onboarding bottlenecks proactively and resolve them cross-functionally through rigorous project tracking
Training leadership: Lead comprehensive education sessions both remotely and on-site to ensure seamless product adoption by operational managers
Account expansion: Upgrade existing clients to advanced feature sets by continuously demonstrating long-term strategic value
Product alignment: Translate direct customer feedback into actionable project requirements for our internal product and engineering teams
Your profile
Project expertise: Minimum 5 years of digital multi-project management, ideally backed by a proven track record of complex software implementations
Stakeholder skills: Executive presence that allows you to confidently manage, navigate, and negotiate at C-level, even in tense situations
Hard skills: Advanced background in FinTech, digital payment solutions, or the automotive SaaS environment
Workflow management: Structured working style with the ability to orchestrate multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously under pressure
Languages & mobility: Native or bilingual Italian language skills combined with business-fluent English and a strong willingness to travel
