About the Position
As a Senior Service Customer Success Manager Industrial AI Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of our key industrial clients leveraging our cutting-edge AI Cloud and SaaS solutions. You will be the trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them through their digital transformation journey with our Industrial AI products. Your main objective will be to maximize the value our customers derive from our services, foster strong, lasting relationships, and drive adoption and expansion.
You will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into successful implementation and utilization strategies. This includes developing and executing comprehensive customer success plans, managing complex stakeholders, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. With your expertise in Cloud Technologies, AI, SaaS, and Service Management (ITIL), you will identify opportunities for optimization, provide solution-oriented consulting, and act as an advocate for our customers' needs internally. Your work will directly impact customer retention, growth, and the overall reputation of our innovative Industrial AI Cloud offerings.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in proactive Customer Success Management to drive customer value and retention
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Cloud Technologies, especially in an industrial context
- Hands-on expertise with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, particularly in industrial applications
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) models and their implementation
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse internal and external parties
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Solid background in Service Management (ITIL) best practices for efficient service delivery
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, overseeing initiatives from conception to completion
- Expertise in Solution Consulting, identifying customer needs and recommending tailored technical solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Industrial IoT (IIoT)
- Experience in strategic account planning
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in change management
