comstruct automates construction companies’ commercial processes by extracting material data from delivery notes and invoices at the item level, enabling automated documentation, invoice entry, reconciliation, and workflows. We're looking for exceptional talent to help us empower the industry with smarter, more efficient solutions.

We are looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a high-impact hybrid role where you will own the full customer journey, from technical implementation and onboarding to long-term value realization and renewal. You won't just sit on the sidelines; you will drive adoption, coordinate technical rollouts, and execute the strategies that allow our customer base to grow.

As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.

What you will be building 🏗️

  • Orchestrate Technical Onboarding: You guide customers through the technical setup and go-live process. While you collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams for deep custom configurations, you possess the technical fluency to explain data flows, troubleshoot common issues, and ensure the implementation project stays on track.

  • Operationalize & Execute: We are scaling, which means we prioritize execution. You will execute onboarding projects and success plans. Supported by our CS Lead and an external advisor, you use every project as an opportunity to refine our tooling and documentation, turning practical experience into the "Operating System" for our team.

  • Drive Value & ROI: You will translate usage data into clear business value. You must be able to articulate "Value Realization" to stakeholders, proving how our software saves them money and time using data-backed insights.

  • Commercial Awareness & Growth: You act as the ear to the ground. You identify upsell opportunities and churn risks early by deeply understanding the customer's business goals. You partner closely with Sales to execute renewals and expansions, ensuring we are always delivering enough value to justify the commercial relationship.

  • Maximize Adoption: You will monitor product usage health and drive behavioral change. You succeed in navigating an industry that is historically traditional, helping stakeholders move beyond skepticism to digital maturity and deep product adoption.

What you need to succeed ✨

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS consulting. We are looking for high-ownership talent ready to step up.

  • Tech-Savviness & Curiosity: You have a high affinity for technology and learn new tools quickly. You understand concepts like APIs, data integrations, and workflows well enough to explain them to non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy digging into the product to understand how it works, even if you aren't the one writing the code.

  • Bias for Action: You are a builder. You prefer executing and optimizing processes in the real world. You are willing to try, iterate, improve, or cut initiatives quickly based on real-world feedback.

  • Commercial Mindset: You understand that Customer Success is a growth function. You are comfortable discussing business value, ROI, and budget cycles with stakeholders, and you know when to bring in Sales to close a commercial expansion.

  • Analytical Mindset: You can look at complex data and tell a story about value.

  • Project Management Skills: You can manage complex onboardings with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and risks without dropping the ball.

  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English are required.
