Implementation Specialist
SaaS Implementation Specialist - Up to Senior Level available
A fantastic opportunity for a SaaS Implementation Specialist to join a rapidly scaling AI software company that is expanding its Implementation team at multiple levels. They are looking to hire across a broad range of experience, from those with some commercial experience through to senior hires with a strong track record of leading complex implementations. You will work directly with enterprise customers to manage software implementations from discovery and configuration through to training and successful adoption, with the scope and responsibility of the role tailored to your experience.
Location: London, 3 days a week on-site
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + comprehensive benefits
Requirements for SaaS Implementation Specialist:
- Commercial experience in SaaS implementation, software implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, customer success or a related client-facing role.
- This company highly values a strong academic background, so requires an undergraduate degree at 2:1 or 1st class with at least ABB at A Level (or international equivalent)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with enterprise customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to understand requirements and recommend effective solutions
- Ability to quickly learn complex software and emerging technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Enthusiasm for AI technologies, including experience with tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
For more experienced hires, we are also looking for:
- Proven experience owning complex or high-value implementations end-to-end
- Confidence working with senior and executive-level customer stakeholders
- Ability to challenge requirements, manage difficult customer conversations and resolve complex delivery issues
- Experience coaching colleagues and helping improve implementation standards and best practice
Responsibilities for SaaS Implementation Specialist:
- Manage customer implementations from initial discovery through to successful adoption
- Understand customer requirements and translate these into scalable software configurations
- Manage implementation plans, timelines, priorities and delivery risks
- Deliver customer training and advise on platform functionality and best practice
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Support and other internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and customer delivery
- For more experienced hires, lead complex strategic implementations and support the development of the wider team
