About You

As a CS Assistant Manager you'd be a key leadership figure to the CS team in your region supporting their growth, development, and providing day-to-day assistance and direction in managing their portfolios. In your own portfolio you will drive customer retention results, revenue growth, preferred supplier growth, and online adoption. You will also support the Regional Manager in fostering an inclusive, results-driven culture, and developing team members to drive a high performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer/account management
• Ability to clearly articulate knowledge about products, services and value propositions to customers
• Passionate about leading and developing high performing teams 
• KPI driven
