Payroll & HR Implementation Specialist

Hybrid after probation – 3 days office:2 days home
We are currently looking for someone with experience in implementing new clients within payroll outsourcing who is seeking new career opportunities. About the role
Our typical client is an international company looking to establish operations in Denmark and needing support throughout the entire process from employer registration to payroll reporting and compliance.
The role primarily involves taking full responsibility for the onboarding and implementation process of new payroll clients. This includes:
In many implementations, additional responsibilities may include employer registration with Danish authorities, setup of pension schemes and insurance, and other services requested by the client.
Once the implementation is completed, you will hand over the client to a payroll consultant who will take over ongoing responsibility.
No two days are the same in this role, you might be resolving complex payroll issues one moment and leading a kick-off meeting with a new client the next. You will be part of a team of payroll and HR consultants, where independent responsibility for your own clients is combined with close teamwork. Many questions require collaborative problem-solving to find the best solution for the client.

You are motivated by learning and continuous development. You are communicative and see collaboration as key to success. As you will be the client’s first point of contact, it is important that you enjoy building relationships and establishing trust.
You have strong analytical skills and can understand connections between payroll elements, parameters, and systems. You are comfortable interpreting collective agreements and navigating employment legislation related to payroll.
Since you will manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, you are able to prioritise effectively and take initiative when needed. You thrive in a role where workload may vary across periods and where deadlines are important.
As client communication is primarily in English, you should feel comfortable using it professionally and be motivated to further develop your language skills.
