Completes the full cycle of the onboard and hiring process of the candidate ensuring that the experience is positive and reflective of the mission and vision of Human Resources. Communicate health system and position details to new hires before their start date, communicating required license and/or certifications and required pre-employment requirements to ensure timely clearance before new hire starts. Ensures completion of paperwork in preparation for orientation to the health system in addition to entering the actions in ERP system. Participates in organizing New Employee Orientation (NEO) and must have the ability to flex their work schedule to accommodate facilitation duties periodically.The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below. In addition, specific functions may change from time to time:
Serves as the primary contact for the candidate once the hand-off has been made from recruitment
Review orientation date/time/location with the new hire candidate and informs them of any special pre-employment requirements that must be completed prior to their start date
Review date/time of pre-employment appointment and follow-up with candidate/new hire if appointments are missed
Review license and/or required credentials for position
Ensure that required credential is on candidateโs job application and primary source has been uploaded to the candidateโs job application record
Initiate background report invitation to new hire candidates and follow-up with candidate as needed to ensure the invitation has been completed
Reviews background report and communicate any issues to Employee Relations
Initiates the I-9 invitation to new hire candidates and ensure candidate has completed the I-9 invitation
Communicate with the recruitment staff when necessary, regarding rescinded offers, start date changes or questions the candidates may have
Ensure that all data elements regarding the hire action are keyed with 100% accuracy and that all pertinent attachments are added to the candidate job application and/or resource record

The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred
3 years of experience in human resources, compensation, recruitment, selection, training or employee benefits required
Knowledge of labor relations and/or equal opportunity compliance
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to multi-task and handle high volume data
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Flexible in use of time and physical space
Auditory and visual acuity to accurately perform job functions
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
