About The Role:
We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist who will be responsible for completing due diligence of new business clients and managing the ongoing due diligence for our existing business client base. You will also be responsible for aspects of compliance & regulatory reporting, and in order to do this, you will be working closely with our Compliance and Sales teams.
The role is hybrid, to be based in either London or Belgrade.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Conduct due diligence for Enterprise clients. You will ensure that clients are kept updated on the progress of their application and that activities are completed within SLAs.
Conduct due diligence for new Network Partners.
Conduct risk assessments and trigger event reviews on an ongoing basis.
Have experience of creating, documenting and executing processes.
Ensure that onboarding processes remain appropriate and up to date in line with procedures and Paysend’s regulatory requirements.
Ensure that Paysend is meeting regulatory requirements in relation to CDD / EDD / KYC & KYB.
Continuously enhance the onboarding experience by reducing friction and delays and improving the overall client experience and efficiency within the team.
Work closely with the Compliance, Operations, Fraud and Sales teams to investigate and resolve any issues as they arise.
Ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Head of Enterprise Operations

Essential qualifications:
Proven experience in due diligence and onboarding of business clients
Desirable qualifications:
Experience with tools such as Google Drive, HubSpot, Comply Advantage, Onfido, SumSub, JiRA, Excel & Word.
