Are you a recent graduate and AI enthusiast who can’t wait to turn theory into real business impact? At AVIAREPS, we have the data, the global scale, and the ambition, but we’re missing one thing: your expertise.

As our first dedicated AI Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity (and the mandate) to embed AI into the heart of a global travel organization. We don’t have this knowledge in-house yet; you will be our guide, showing us which tools, we must use to work faster, smarter, and more accurately.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your mission is simple but bold: elevate AVIAREPS to a higher digital level. You don’t wait for instructions; you spot opportunities:

• Explore & Advise: Map out the AI landscape and advise the Board on which programs (LLMs, automation tools, copilots) are relevant for our 70+ offices worldwide.
• Optimize: Critically look at our current processes in marketing, finance, and operations. Where can we save time? Where can AI eliminate human errors?
• Build & Implement: Roll out (low code) solutions, such as smart workflows in Zapier/Make or custom AI assistants for our sales teams.
• Inspire: Guide colleagues worldwide through the world of AI via demos, playbooks, and training sessions. You are the face of our AI transformation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We aren’t looking for a programmer who wants to hide behind a screen and write code all day. We want an entrepreneurial builder with a vision.

• Education: You recently graduated (Bachelor's/Master) in a field like AI, Business Information Management, Data Science, or Computer Science.
• Self-starter: You love the fact that there is no set path yet. You determine the course.
• Tool-savvy: You are familiar with tools like ChatGPT/Claude and automation platforms (Zapier/Make), and you understand how to apply AI models practically.
• Communicator: You can translate complex technology into clear, understandable language for colleagues and senior management.
• Language: Fluent English is a must. (Dutch or German is a plus but not required).
