Implementation Specialist

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to take our customers from signed contract to confident, everyday use of spektr.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll sit with compliance and operations teams, work out what they actually need, configure it in the platform and stay with it long after go-live. You’ll work closely with our commercial team, product and engineering to turn what a customer describes into something that works.

About spektr

Compliance, built like product.

Financial services has changed enormously. Much of the technology behind compliance hasn’t. Teams still spend hours on manual checks, disconnected systems slow down launches, and entering a new market can mean rebuilding the same processes all over again.

We’re changing that. spektr gives regulated businesses one platform for onboarding, monitoring and investigations, with configurable workflows and AI agents that do the legwork. Product, Operations and Compliance can move together, with the control they need to grow.

It’s a huge opportunity in an industry that has moved slowly for too long. We’ve built a product we’re proud to put in front of the most demanding customers. Now we’re looking for people who want to help get it into their hands.

  • $26M raised, including a $20M Series A led by NEA, with backing from Northzone, Seedcamp and PreSeed Ventures.
  • Founders who have done this before. Mikkel and Cip built HelloFlow together and sold it to Trulioo in 2022. They’re now building spektr alongside co-founders Jan-Erik and Jeremy, taking on a much bigger part of the customer lifecycle.
  • Customers worth getting excited about. We work with businesses including Pleo, Trustly, Nexi and Santander. These are large accounts with complex problems, ambitious teams and plenty of room for us to make a difference.

Three offices: Copenhagen, London and Iași, with customers across more than 15 countries.

What you’ll do

  • Own customer relationships from signed contract through to healthy, active usage. You’re accountable for go-live and for everything that comes after it.
  • Lead implementation sessions on site, working through policies, internal manuals and regulatory requirements with compliance and operations teams, and turning what you hear into working configuration.
  • Configure workflows and integrations to fit each customer’s exact needs, and resolve configuration issues yourself before they reach engineering.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, bringing what you learn back to product so the platform gets better for everyone.
  • Build the playbooks that make the next implementation faster than the last one, so the same question is never answered twice.
  • Spot when something is off before it becomes an escalation, and do something about it.

How we work

We get closer to our customers than a software company has any reason to. We go on site, sit in the room and work through problems next to the people who have them. Calls have their place, but the hardest parts of an implementation get solved in person.

You’ll be close to the product and the engineering team. When a customer needs something we don’t do yet, you’re the one who defines what it would take, and you’ll have the people and the context to get it built.

Who you are

  • You’ve taken a B2B customer from contract to live and stayed accountable for whether it worked. Ideally you’ve done this for a business selling into financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
  • A structured problem-solver. When something doesn’t work, you go step by step rather than guessing, and you’d rather fix something yourself than forward it on.
  • Comfortable in technical and legal detail. You don’t need to be a developer or a lawyer, but data flows, integrations and regulations shouldn’t put you off.
  • Strong communicator. You can explain a technical concept to a non-technical customer, and hold your own with senior stakeholders.
  • Organised. You r
