As an IAM Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for onboarding new applications and systems into our SailPoint environment. You work within the technically oriented IAM team of ART IAM and focus fully on onboarding applications, data sources and systems: from analysis and configuration to testing and handover to operations. You help ensure that identity and access management remains secure, scalable and in control while the number of connected systems continues to grow. This is how you contribute to the energy network of the future.

You will be working on:

• onboarding new applications and systems to SailPoint, including source and target integrations and lifecycle logic

• building and configuring connectors, schemas, transformations and policies within SailPoint

• testing and validating onboarding solutions end-to-end and ensuring sustainable manageability

• working closely with authorization managers and the RAM team on role models for applications

• improving and further standardizing the onboarding process together with the team

You will do this within ART IAM, where you are part of the SID team. This team currently consists of five IAM specialists and is supported by a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. We work in a hybrid way and come together on fixed collaboration days: Monday in Arnhem at the Park Tower, next to Central Station, and Thursday in Amsterdam at Basisweg 20. From time to time, we also work together from Haarlem (Oudeweg).

• proven experience with IAM onboarding, identity lifecycle management and provisioning

• hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ

• experience with API integrations and data connectivity

• the ability to analyze complex technical dependencies and risks

• the ability to explain technical choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

For this role, based on a 40-hour workweek, you will receive:

• a salary from € 4,580.61 (scale 9) up to € 7,585.97 (scale 10) gross per month

• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. If you do not work full time, you are not entitled to ADV. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you; 

• 24.5 days’ holiday per year, which can be topped up generously from your IKB; 

• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December; 

• a sustainable employability (SE) budget of €700 per year. Choose a payment for a sport or hobby, to make your home more sustainable or to reduce your student loan debt with DUO, for example. You decide how your budget is spent; 

• the possibility of combining working in the office with working from home, if your position allows.
