As a GSI Solutions Architect, you will be the technical visionary driving our global growth engine through elite partnerships with Capgemini and Atos. You’ll own the end-to-end technical strategy for EMEA and LATAM, transforming complex IT challenges into high-impact Go-to-Market solutions that accelerate revenue. Working at the intersection of Sales, Engineering, and Product, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, ensuring Pure Storage is deeply embedded within the DNA of our global partners' service offerings.
Architect Strategic GTM Solutions: Lead the technical design and execution of global Go-to-Market strategies, aligning Pure’s portfolio with GSI service catalogs to solve large-scale enterprise challenges and drive measurable revenue growth.
Establish Technical Value Leadership: Act as the primary trusted advisor for executive and technical decision-makers at Capgemini and Atos, crafting compelling business cases that bridge the gap between infrastructure technology and end-client business outcomes.
Enable Cross-Functional Synergy: Serve as the critical technical conduit between regional Sales teams, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure partner feedback influences our product roadmap while guiding sales teams to deliver best-in-class technology solutions.
Drive Market Innovation: Identify and capitalize on emerging trends—including AI/ML, Big Data, and Cloud Native stacks—to position Pure Storage as the foundation for the next generation of GSI-led digital transformations.
Multilingual Communication: Business fluency in both French and English is required; you must be able to influence, negotiate, and present complex technical architectures to stakeholders in both languages with equal precision.
Technical Authority & Ecosystem Expertise: Deep mastery across the modern infrastructure stack (storage, compute, database, and virtualization) with the ability to navigate emerging technologies like AI/ML and Big Data Analytics to build complex, multi-vendor solutions.
Strategic Relationship Management: A proven track record of influencing and collaborating with Global System Integrators, featuring an established network of executive contacts and a sophisticated understanding of GSI business models.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: An ambitious, proactive mindset capable of navigating high-growth, competitive environments, paired with the analytical rigour to balance long-term strategy with immediate problem-solving.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
