Job Title: GenAI Delivery Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive GenAI Delivery Implementation Specialist with a strong business analyst profile to join the GenAI IT department. This role requires a proven track record in IT project management, knowledge of AI technologies, and stakeholder management to drive timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

The GenAI Delivery Implementation Specialist will also be responsible for defining and applying agile methods and processes, supporting tools, and coaching and transforming the way of working for the teams managing different projects. This position plays a key role in MBDA digital transformation, consolidating the GenAI project pipeline, engaging stakeholders, structuring each initiative with clear scope, cost, timeline, and resource estimates for successful deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management
    • Collect and manage all current and proposed Gen AI projects within the digital portfolio.
    • Ensure visibility, consistency, and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Project Framing:
    • Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
    • Translate high-level ideas into actionable plans.
    • Manage expectation of capabilities deliverable by the GenAI team.
  • Agile Transformation and Coaching:
    • Define and apply agile methods and processes tailored to the needs of the GenAI projects. This includes creating and managing agile frameworks, facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, etc.).
    • Coach and mentor project teams to adopt and continuously improve agile practices, fostering a culture of agile transformation.
    • Support and guide teams through agile transitions, addressing resistance and promoting collaboration and self-organization.
    • Define standards and best practices for agile delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Method and Tool Support:
    • Select, implement, and manage agile tools and technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to support project delivery and enhance team productivity.
    • Provide training and support for teams in using agile tools effectively.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest agile trends and tools, continually improving the toolset and process frameworks.
  • Statement of Work Development:
    • Draft clear and structured SoWs for each initiative, including project context, deliverables, estimated ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) cost, schedule, and required resources.
  • Manage the GenAI technical team
    • Ensure workload and tasks are properly handle by our different team members.
    • Manage priority of the team members.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work cross-functionally with digital, business, and IT teams.
    • Facilitate workshops or interviews to gather needs and expectations.
    • Accountable for the communication with all stakeholders.
  • Change Management & Agile Adoption:
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions to agile processes.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and improvements to align teams with agile processes and expectations.
  • Support Governance:
    • Provide input for steering committees and decision-making bodies.
    • Maintain documentation and contribute to reporting needs.
    • Manage projects’ risks and mitigations.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Proven experience in IT project management and/or business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of industrial customer support environments.
  • Experience framing and estimating AI and digital innovation projects.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Structured, autonomous, and delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in agile and/or hybrid project environments.
  • Proven experience with tools for agile transformation
  • Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
  • Background in AI or data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven experience/information or references regarding agile transformation and coaching.
