What makes this role exciting
CloudPay seeks an experienced French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will gather and analyse customer requirements, configure payroll rules and system settings in the CloudPay platform, execute testing, and maintain customer setups for both implementation projects and live customers. Main responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of customer payroll solutions within the CloudPay platform, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing, go-live and hypercare support.
Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll
Research payroll discrepancies and identify whether issues are process-, data-, or system-configuration related. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
Analyse customer payroll requirements and translate them into system configuration and payroll calculation rules.
Partner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations
Execute and manage system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing and parallel payroll runs.
Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed
Provide ongoing application maintenance and support (TMA) for live customers, including configuration changes, issue resolution, legislative updates, and customer-specific enhancements.
Experience needed for this role
Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential
Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
Proven experience in payroll software implementation including hands-on system configuration and testing activities.
