This is a fixed-term position covering a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to manage some of our most prestigious enterprise accounts during a period of rapid AI-driven expansion

The Role

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Customer Success Manager (12-Month FTC), you will step into a high-impact role, acting as the strategic advisor and project lead for an established portfolio of enterprise accounts.

You’ll guide customers from their initial launch through to long-term success and renewal. Given the technical nature of our platform and the complexity of enterprise environments,, we’re looking for a partner who blends technical curiosity with disciplined project management to ensure every milestone is met and every goal is realised.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build Trust: Maintain regular communication with customers to emerge as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

  • Drive ROI: Establish clear business value and help customers achieve specific targets and ROI through the Gravitee platform.

  • Strategic Planning: Mutually design, document, and track comprehensive onboarding project plans.

  • Advocacy: Understand and document the customer’s use case, architecture, and roadmap to advocate for their needs internally.

  • Escalation Management: Effectively manage the tracking and resolution of customer escalations during the onboarding process, collaborating with Product and Services teams.

  • Customer Champion: Act as the voice of the customer within Gravitee to influence our growth and evolution.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years in a CSM or Account Management role within a B2B SaaS environment in a fast-paced Software/SaaS company

  • Strong desire to tackle hard customer problems and proven ability do so with little or no direct daily supervision

  • Ability to confidently discuss technical concepts (APIs, JSON, Cloud Infrastructure) with developers and architects.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can quickly adopt evolving processes and tools.

  • Ability to travel when required to meet with your accounts
