Customer Success Manager (Mid-level or Senior)
Aklamio is seeking a tech-savvy professional to join our Customer Success Management team and support our Customers. This person will be responsible for growing and nurturing relationships with our Customers, including Virgin Media, AT&T, and VodafoneThree. The focus of this position will be on our English-speaking global accounts.
What you’ll do
- In this position, you will continuously work on opportunities, observe market developments and trends, develop a strategy, and derive measures from it
- Manage and advise the customer strategically, support some of the biggest global brands in finding customer-specific solutions
- Project and budget management, identifying upsell opportunities, and owning customer relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor between customers, internal contacts, and external service providers, keeping track of all essential project tasks
- Contribute your ideas to make processes more efficient and use resources better
What you’ll bring with you
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management role
- You have gained experience in online marketing, and you have a deep understanding of a wide range of online performance indicators and an analytical mindset
- Revenue responsibility for assigned accounts
- Hands-on mindset and analytical thinking
- Strong consulting and sales expertise, as well as a pleasure in upselling services in the field of digital marketing
- Excellent in customer communication and the preparation of presentations
- Having led a small team or mentored a junior will be considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills: decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both operational and strategic modes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent business judgement, strong communication skills in German and English are mandatory, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done
- Additional languages are an advantage (especially French, Spanish, Italian)

Our Interview Process
We follow a three-step interview process designed to be transparent and fair:
- Initial Screening: Introductory call with our HR / Recruiting team to discuss your background, motivation, and expectations
- Team Interview:
A second interview with a member of our Customer Success Team to dive deeper into your experience, ways of working, and collaboration style.
- Case Study & Final Interview: You will receive a case study to prepare in advance. In the final interview, you will present your approach and recommendations to the Hiring Lead and our VP Revenue. This session allows us to understand better your analytical thinking, customer focus, and communication skills.
