Job Description:

Location: HPE Denmark

What you’ll do :

As a Graduate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible to manage existing HPE services customer’s contracts and offering them value-add solutions together with the local HPE senior Customer success management team.

Build and manage relationships existing clients and support sales in landing new cloud services customers

  • Support the full sales cycle for HPE cloud services: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and follow-up
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support the team in daily operational tasks
  • Stay informed about market trends and client challenges

What We’re Looking For :

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, business, economics, or related
  • Native level of Danish. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in sales and client relationship management
  • Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools (outlook, excel, ppt)
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • The drive to seek out what’s next and to deliver exceptional results
  • A collaborative, solution focused spirit and overall sense of urgency
  • The desire to embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
  • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to ask smart questions
