Role overview

As a Junior Customer Success Manager (Support‑focused) at Benifex, you will provide hands‑on operational support to a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary day‑to‑day contact for customer administrators rather than end users.

Your role will focus on change requests, portal configuration, and troubleshooting within the Benifex platform to ensure customers can operate effectively and confidently. You’ll work closely with internal teams to investigate issues, resolve problems, and maintain a high standard of customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, and customers. The position will primarily support German‑speaking customers within the DACH market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main day‑to‑day contact for customer administrators, providing operational and technical support

  • Manage and deliver customer change requests, including configuration updates and portal changes

  • Troubleshoot platform issues by investigating system setups, configurations, and data

  • Support customers with queries related to platform functionality, processes, and best practice usage

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and communicate progress clearly to customers

  • Contribute to maintaining strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable follow‑up

  • Manage multiple support requests effectively in a fast‑paced SaaS environment

What we are looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support or operational support role

  • German language proficiency

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers

  • Proven troubleshooting skills, including experience navigating systems and checking configurations

  • A customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on problem solving and service quality

  • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests

  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of day‑to‑day responsibilities

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or a technology‑driven environment

  • Exposure to employee benefits or people‑focused platforms
