Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager,  you will drive strategic healtcare partnerships and enhance value creation for our customers within Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring . You will join the Service and Solution Delivery team where a professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued, and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you. Location can be flexible but preferably the Mölndal or Umeå Philips offices.
Your role:

  • Building long-term strategic partnerships and driving customer success throughout the contracts’ periods

  • Establishing and executing governance structures to achieve short- and long-term goals and objectives, securing mutual success. Planning and leading regular governance meetings (operational, tactical, and strategic)

  • Monitoring and securing the performance of the solution and, together with customers, identify clinical and technical needs to maximise value creation

  • Coordinating activities of the Philips customer-centric team and ensuring alignment between the internal stakeholders represented (incl. sales, project managers, technical field service engineers, clinical application specialists, technical consultant etc.)

  • Supporting the customers in achieving their expected outcomes, clinical, technical or otherwise

  • Creating customer success plans in partnership with customers, driving and monitoring solution adoption, optimization and and long term strategic outcomes

  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement an effective introduction roadmap for new products, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing customer adoption



You're the right fit if you:

  • Have min. 4 years’ experience in customer relationship management, project/program management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.

  • Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.

  • Hold a master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Health, or a related field.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English and ideally have experience in the healthcare sector.
