We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager, to serve our customers on the Danish market and ensure a strong long term relationship. You will handle customer cycles from onboarding to renewal, and be able to have a clear impact on how we serve our customers now and going forward.
Legal research hasn’t changed much in decades. Lawyers still spend countless hours navigating fragmented sources, outdated systems, and complex databases just to find the information they need.
At Pandektes, we’re changing that.
Our ambition is to build the leading global platform for legal research and the largest AI-powered legal database. By combining artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and continuously updated legal sources, we’re redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed, and applied.
Pandektes has raised more than €4 million and most recently closed a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels. Pandektes already serves more than 350 customers across Denmark, Germany and Switzerland.
We’re still early in the journey, and joining our team now means you’ll have big impact on shaping how we scale.
You will join our current team of three in Customer Success, along with our Danish-focused sales team, to work on serving our Danish-speaking customers. As an early member of the team, you will be able to have an instant impact on the customer experience.
This is a full-cycle CSM position, which means you will handle everything from onboarding to renewal. This means we’re looking for someone who is passionate about strong customer relations, but ideally also with a knack for teaching. When it comes to contracts and numbers, you’ll be working closely with our account executives to ensure we find the best fit for our customers.
As the team is young, we hope that you will also want to be a part of shaping the processes and future of CS at Pandektes.
