Customer Success Manager – claim.me (f/m/x)

With our newest product, claim.me, we offer the leading one-stop solution for online retailers to claim parcels at carriers with just a few clicks.

For a Customer Success Manager, this is an ideal product to work with as the customers see results quickly, the value is easy to communicate, and our zero churn record speaks for itself. 

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who takes real ownership, loves building long-term relationships, and wants to be part of the reason our zero-churn record stays intact.

In this role, you will be the key driver of customer happiness, from the moment a new retailer signs all the way through their long-term growth with claim.me.

The essence of your role:

• You lead the rollout for every new customer, from contract signature to full go-live.
• You own the regular KPI reviews, proactive check-ins, and make sure customers always get value from a product that keeps evolving. Zero churn is our baseline, and your job is to keep it that way.
• Our product evolves fast. You make sure customers are always getting maximum value from every update and new feature, acting as a genuine partner rather than just a support contact.
• You are on the front line. The customer insights you gather directly shape our product roadmap.

This is what you need to succeed:

• 2+ years in account management or customer success, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS
• C2-level German and fluent English, as you will be managing relationships with DACH-based retailers
• A comfortable relationship with data and business analytics; experience with tools like Looker is a plus
• You treat every customer relationship as your own and take pride in keeping them happy and growing
