We’re looking for a Customer Success - Onboarding Manager to take ownership of the onboarding experience for our Danish customers and ensuring they get a strong, structured, and professional start with Corpay One.
You’ll be responsible for onboarding customers onto our B2B SaaS platform for accounts payable automation, as well as driving adoption of our International Payments (FX) product. A key part of the role is guiding customers safely and efficiently through the KYC process required to activate FX both for new customers and for existing customers adopting the product.
You’ll be part of the Customer Success team and report to the Head of Customer Success. While the team owns the full customer lifecycle, this role has a clear focus on onboarding excellence, early adoption, and creating momentum from day one. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Compliance, and Development to ensure a seamless and compliant customer journey.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers successfully launch and adopt Corpay One, setting the foundation for long-term retention and growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
Own and manage the end to end onboarding process, ensuring customers are successfully implemented onto the platform.
Lead onboarding and activation of our FX product for International Payments, including close guidance through the KYC process for both new and existing customers
Coordinate internally with Sales, Compliance, and Product to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding
Proactively remove friction and ensure customers reach go-live efficiently by setting clear expectations, timelines, and next steps.

Who we think you are
You speak and write fluent Danish and English
You have an interest in B2B SaaS onboarding and/or KYC processes.
You thrive on customer outreach and engagement, maintaining a high level of activity.
You’re comfortable driving structured onboarding and KYC processes end to end.
You communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
You’re detail oriented, work in a structured way, and are comfortable using CRM and operational tools.
Experience from fintech, payments, or regulated environments is a plus - but not a requirement.
Your background matters less - your energy, ownership mindset, and ability to create progress matter much more.
