Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (FO) to drive customer value, adoption, and growth across the Nordic region. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes and long-term success with Truvio’s solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Services, and Support teams, becoming a key interface between Truvio and our customers throughout the entire lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Value Delivery

  • Own customer onboarding, adoption programs, and success planning

  • Define success metrics and track measurable outcomes

  • Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic customers

  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point

  • Represent Truvio as a brand ambassador with a customer-first mindset

Strategy & Business Alignment

  • Understand customer priorities and align solutions to business goals

  • Execute strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention

  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to support customer success

  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Growth & Risk Management

  • Drive expansion through increased solution adoption and add-ons

  • Proactively manage at-risk accounts and define recovery strategies

  • Handle churn and downsell scenarios with clear reporting on ARR impact

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track key metrics such as customer health, churn, CSAT, and upsell ARR

  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

  • Feed customer feedback into product and service improvements

  • Help optimize processes, playbooks, and tools to scale Customer Success

What You Bring

  • ~5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles

  • Strong understanding of customer value and lifecycle management

  • Experience managing projects and complex stakeholder environments

  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Commercial mindset with strong business awareness

  • Familiarity with Customer Success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight) is a plus

  • Bonus: Experience with Microsoft FO/BC ISV ecosystem or CFO/Supply Chain domains
