Customer Success Manager
Bizzy🚀 Ready to Turn Customers Into Raving Bizzy Fans?
Bizzy finds relevant leads for your business. Most of Europe's economy is small companies, and most sales tools were never built to find them. We start from the companies that are officially registered, so our customers find the companies that fit, the person to speak to and a reason to get in touch now.
That only works if customers get real value out of Bizzy every week, and that's where you come in. As Customer Success Manager you own a group of accounts from the kick-off to the renewal and the upsell. You work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and the rest of the CS team.
📍 The role is based in our Ghent office. You’re in the office three days a week and can work from home on the other two.
🔥 Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Own your book of business: You’re the main contact for your accounts. Their renewals and their expansion are your number.
Start customers right: When Sales signs a deal, you take over, run the kick-off and onboarding, and get the customer to their first useful list quickly.
Drive adoption: You follow how each account uses Bizzy. Then you train and coach the users until every licence gets used.
Renew and grow: You prepare and lead renewal conversations, pricing included, and you spot where a customer could do more with Bizzy.
Save the accounts at risk: You catch churn signals early. When an account is at risk, you run the save call yourself, with a clear plan and an honest forecast.
Bridge customers and Product: You collect feedback and bugs, help out on support, and turn what customers tell you into input that Product and Engineering can act on. #UNitedbyGrowth
Turn happy customers into advocates: Collect reviews, references and testimonials.
Challenge how we work: If a process slows you or your customers down, you change it. Nothing here is fixed just because it was done that way last quarter. #LeadTheWay

Be at the forefront of an AI native company, with a real human connection: AI takes the preparation and the busywork off your plate. You bring what it cannot: the trust a customer feels when they talk to you.
🧰 Your toolbox
Our CS team uses Claude, connected to HubSpot, Mixpanel, Hyperline, Plain and Modjo through MCP. It prepares business reviews and renewal calls, looks into an at-risk account before the save call, and writes the handover from Sales on the day a deal is signed. That way your time goes to the conversation with the customer, which is where trust gets built. You already use Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work, and you want to take that a lot further with us.
We’re growing, so some processes change quickly and others don’t exist yet. You’ll often build the playbook while you’re using it. Some weeks two renewals wobble at the same time, and you’ll need to tell us early, before you know how it ends.
🎯 What you bring
At least one year in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company, with your own renewal or upsell target.
You’ve led renewal, pricing and negotiation conversations yourself, and you treat retention and expansion as your own number.
You check what a customer actually does in the product before you believe the CRM note. You keep your CRM clean because others rely on it.
You flag an at-risk account early instead of hoping it turns around. Candid Candor starts with your own forecast.
You can build trust with a daily user and with their CEO in the same week.
You speak Dutch and English fluently, and your French is good enough for a customer call.

When the data says you’re wrong, you change your mind. You’re comfortable when last month’s way of working no longer fits.
