Customer Success Associate (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You develop a deep technical understanding of our product and become a key point of contact for our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle
• You take ownership and support our customers from onboarding onwards, helping them use Superchat successfully and solve challenges together
• You address our customers’ needs with empathy and expertise, advising them on new features, product updates, and how to achieve their goals with Superchat
• You gain a strong understanding of how customers use our product, actively collect feedback, and proactively contribute to the further development of our software
• You collaborate on cross-team projects that take our customer experience to the next level

About you:

• You have recently completed your studies and ideally gained some experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or a similar field. During your studies, you preferably gained your first touchpoints in B2B or SaaS environments
• You bring a strong curiosity for tech and enjoy exploring new tools and systems
• You have strong English skills (native), both written and spoken. German skills are a plus
• You work in a structured manner, take a high level of ownership, and stand out through strong organizational skills
• You have strong critical thinking skills that enable you to analyze complex situations and make well-founded decisions quickly and effectively
