Description

Customer Onboarding Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new Bizimply customers. They play a key role as the first point of contact for Customer Success in Bizimply, introducing the product to the customer and establishing the first impressions of our service.  They are involved in setting up accounts, training and problem-solving for customers, while also tracking account usage and satisfaction within the onboarding period.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and customize customer accounts to meet business needs.
  • Train customers via webinars and tailored sessions to maximise Bizimply usage.
  • Build strong customer relationships by addressing challenges and showcasing solutions.
  • Create and execute individualized onboarding plans, tracking progress and milestones.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly and manage account tasks (mergers, uploads, edits).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to address feature requests and improve processes.
  • Develop support materials and maintain accurate CRM data for seamless customer management.
  • Drive customer success through ad-hoc projects, support queries, and renewal assistance.

Previous experience in hospitality or retail a plus. Previous experience of working with or managing a team with a Workforce Management tool, especially Bizimply, is a big plus!
