The Client Onboarding Specialist will lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto Cisive's platform and solutions. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the onboarding process, and ensure all requirements are met and delivered within agreed upon timelines.

The candidate must be willing to WORK ONSITE in Quezon City, following US hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans.
  • Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams.
  • Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Provide clear communications and ensure all onboarding documentation is current and accurate.
  • Continuously see opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
  • Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course preferred; or has at least completed 2 years in college.

  • Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of background screening or similar industries (preferred)
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction, providing timely support and creating effective solutions.
  • Consistently deliver amazing client experiences.
