Description

The purpose of this role is to generate and process new clients into the Company.  This will be achieved through nurturing relationships with our existing introducers and direct business clients.   

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients referred to us by our partners and our direct clients. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the initial stages of their journey, collecting essential information, compliance checks, and preparing their case for the next steps.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on client interaction, takes ownership of their work, and is solutions driven. While predominantly focused on making outbound calls to clients referred to us by our partners, the role also involves handling inbound enquiries, so flexibility and responsiveness are key. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to work independently using their own initiative, and motivated to drive results while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

On a daily basis this will involve:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to generate quotes on new business leads over the telephone or online.
  • Collecting and verifying client information and setting up new clients accurately in the case management system.
  • Explaining the onboarding process to new clients in a clear and reassuring way
  • Reporting all sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Understanding the needs and potential challenges prospective clients may have and advise them accordingly whilst overcoming objections and looking for opportunities to maximise sales revenue.
  • Efficiency managing inbound calls, emails and queries from clients, introducers and other partners ensuring all SLA’s are adhered to and met.   
  • Contribute to the overall success of the New Business Team by achieving individual and team targets and KPIs.
  • Proactively liaise with internal departments to ensure that quotes are in line with current agreements and risk models.
  • Ensure that all leads are regularly followed up and accurately recorded in line with business protocols.


The Individual

Essential Skills
  • Experience of working in a telesales or account manager position
  • Solid understanding and practical application of inbound and outbound sales techniques
  • Ability to work in a targeted based environment and continuously deliver against agreed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building experience.
  • Strong ability in the use of Microsoft applications
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Understanding of the conveyancer process would be desirable.
