About the mission we offer you:

As an intern with Digiteam, you will play a key role in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and promoting the use of artificial intelligence within the organization. This position combines intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and a knack for teaching to help our teams understand market dynamics and embrace the applications of AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Digest – Regularly producing a review of AI news (new models, tools, research, industry use cases) for internal teams
• AI Competitive Benchmarking – Structured monitoring of how T.EN’s direct competitors deploy AI in their operations, offerings, and strategies
• Training, Adoption, & AI Use Cases – Contribute to the design and distribution of AI training content, support efforts to foster familiarity with generative AI tools, and identify concrete use cases applicable to T.EN’s business context

For example, you will be responsible for producing regular updates in the form of a digest (newsletter, Viva Engage post, intranet summary) on the latest developments in artificial intelligence, selecting the most relevant information for our teams. You will also help format and distribute this content via our internal platforms.

On the benchmarking front, you will analyze how T.EN’s main competitors—in the oil engineering and energy sectors—integrate AI into their operations: automation of operations, computer-aided design tools, digital twins, technology partnerships, AI-related commercial offerings, etc. These analyses will inform structured deliverables intended for management and strategic teams.

You will also contribute to the creation of educational materials on AI (practical guides, use case sheets, awareness-raising content) and to facilitating training sessions, in line with the Digiteam’s skills development initiatives. In this context, you will actively support efforts to familiarize employees with generative AI tools by helping them understand their uses, limitations, and potential in a professional setting. As the rise of AI is central to the challenges facing our industry, your ability to simplify and make these topics accessible to a diverse range of professionals will be a key asset.

As Technip Energies is an international company, a significant portion of the work will be conducted in English—particularly when reviewing sources and drafting summaries. A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is therefore required.

Duration: 12 months

Start date: Starting in June 2026 (no later than mid-September 2026)

We are looking for a student with at least a bachelor’s degree in a field related to artificial intelligence, data, digital communication, engineering, or new technologies. Ideally, the candidate should:

• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its applications (LLMs, generative tools, automation, data analysis, etc.)
• Be able to synthesize and explain technical information in layman’s terms for a non-specialist audience
• Be proficient in monitoring and visual design tools (Canva, advanced PowerPoint) for formatting educational materials
• Be self-reliant, proactive, analytical, thorough, and self-motivated
• Be comfortable speaking in public and presenting summaries to diverse audiences
• Be fluent in English (required—reading international sources and writing summaries)
• Be able to follow a work-study schedule of 3 days at the company / 2 days at school, 4 days at the company / 1 day at school, or 3 weeks at the company / 1 week at school
• Have an interest in energy-related topics, industrial engineering, and the scientific world
• Previous experience or personal projects related to AI (monitoring, prompting, training, etc.) are a plus
