The base salary ranges for this position vary by hiring location and are listed below. These ranges represent the good-faith minimum and maximum annual base salary that the organization reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting.  

• • United States: USD $95,000 – $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • United Kingdom: GBP £70,000 – £100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Slovenia: EUR €40,000 – €65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Position Summary: 

We are seeking an AI Solutions Implementation Specialist to report directly to the AI Strategy Leader and help bring our AI strategy to life through hands-on building. This is a builder-oriented role: you will design and stand up functional prototypes and MVPs using internal, low-code AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and partner closely with engineers to turn validated ideas into scalable, production-ready features. 

This role will contribute to both internal AI adoption. Including building and rolling out AI-driven tools and workflows that boost productivity, and external AI enablement, translating product and business requirements into working prototypes that inform what we build into our SaaS products, in close partnership with product management and engineering. 

The AI Solutions Implementation Specialist will be part of a small team coordinating across key stakeholders, including product management, engineering, enterprise architecture, finance & legal, and go-to-market and customer success operations, ensuring that the tools and prototypes you build deliver measurable value while maintaining consistency, compliance, and strategic alignment.
