You’ll work closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Events to ensure client needs are met and projects run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone early in their Client Success career, who enjoys working directly with clients and collaborating across teams, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility as the department develops.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for clients once packages are booked, coordinating delivery of items such as web adverts, newsletter banners, sponsored articles, and webinars.

- Support collection of feedback and testimonials from clients, working with the Marketing team to turn these into case studies.

- Track client success through reporting and insights, supporting revenue growth through renewals and upselling.

- Schedule regular client check-ins following agreed processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Events, Marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Support project management of bespoke events, acting as client liaison during planning and delivery.

- Maintain accurate records and sales orders in CRM systems (HubSpot).

Event Support and Attendance

- Represent The PIE at virtual, hybrid, and physical events, supporting clients and the Events team as required.

Sales and Revenue Growth

- Support the Sales team with post-sales communication and renewal discussions.

- Assist with ticket sales, working with Marketing to identify engaged clients and contacts.

- Contribute to achieving KPIs such as client retention, renewal revenue, and client satisfaction scores.

Key Skills & Experience

- Some experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management (internship or entry-level experience welcome).

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Collaborative approach, with willingness to learn and take on feedback.

- Interest in the international education sector.

- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to travel internationally for events occasionally.
