We are looking for a motivated D365 Solutions Architect (m/f/d) to join our CWS Hygiene team.

Your mission as an D365 Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

The Solution Architect Dynamics 365 Hygiene is responsible for high level design of business processes to be implemented end-to-end within ERP software Dynamics D365. This also includes the dependant other Hygiene business applications. The role acts as a quality gate to ensure the software complies with Dynamics 365 and CWS Hygiene standard processes. He/she gives guidance and advise to ERP product managers and experts and contributes to implementation projects.

What else will you be doing as an Enterprise Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

  • Translating business requirements into robust ERP architecture and system designs.

  • Leading ERP implementation and integration projects across departments.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define ERP strategy and roadmap.

  • Ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

  • Providing technical leadership to development and support teams.

  • Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements.

  • Maintaining architectural documentation and ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect or in a similar role

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (especially F&O and FSCM) and Salesforce ecosystems

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and their integration into ERP and CRM systems

  • Strong knowledge of systems integration, APIs, data flow, and enterprise architecture frameworks

  • Proficiency in Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies

  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project methodologies

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
