This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect in Europe.

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise integrations for a leading B2B event platform. In this role, you will serve as both a presales technical advisor and a post-sales integration expert, bridging business needs with technical execution. You will work closely with enterprise clients, guiding architecture design, integration flows, and implementation while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role offers exposure to complex CRM-connected systems, API-driven integrations, and life sciences-focused solutions, providing opportunities to influence product development and deliver high-impact solutions. Ideal candidates are client-oriented, technically versatile, and thrive in both strategic and hands-on execution.

Accountabilities

  • Provide presales technical support, validating feasibility, presenting solutions, and responding to RFPs.
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to capture requirements and design high-level architecture.
  • Develop detailed solution architecture documents, including data flows, API integrations, SSO, ETL, and compliance considerations.
  • Support implementation by configuring integration modules and guiding client IT teams.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex integration issues, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Capture lessons learned and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all enterprise integrations.
  • 3–5 years in Solution Architect, Presales Engineer, or Integration Consultant roles, preferably in SaaS and commercial/marketing applications.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, SSO, ETL, and iPaaS platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato).
  • Expertise in Salesforce and/or Veeva integrations within life sciences or pharmaceutical environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including data privacy, consent, audit trails, and field force regulations.
  • Customer-facing skills: able to present, pitch, run workshops, and communicate technical concepts clearly to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, compliant technical architectures.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Fully remote work across Europe, allowing flexibility in location.
