About the Job 

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect for our Cloud DevOps operations team in Barcelona. As a Solution Architect, you will beresponsible for designing, developing, and implementing technology solutions that meet specific business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. You will also play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the integration and interoperability of systems.

 

What you do:

  1. Requirement Analysis:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
    • Understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Design comprehensive architecture solutions that address business needs and requirements.
    • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  3. Technology Evaluation:
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to support solution design.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  4. Integration and Interoperability:
    • Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and platforms.
    • Address interoperability challenges and ensure data consistency across systems.
  5. Documentation:
    • Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams and specifications.
    • Maintain documentation for future reference and updates.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units.
  7. Project Management Support:
    • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure solutions meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
    • Conduct testing and validation to ensure functionality and reliability.
  9. Mentoring and Leadership:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams.
    • Lead architectural reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  10. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
    • Implement best practices and drive innovation within the organizatio

 

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in Cloud environments.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Solid expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture solutions aligned with business goals.
  • 5y of experience assessing and recommend technologies that support solution design and align with industry trends.
  • Strong experience ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and maintain data consistency across platforms.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and bridge business-technical gaps.
  • Solid experience validating solutions through testing to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
