About the Role
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key technical leadership role, guiding projects from initial concept through to delivery. Internally, you’ll work closely with our sales, product, customer success, and solution engineering teams to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are precisely tailored to customer needs. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of data science, product expertise, and technical project management. A typical project includes the following main phases:


  • Rapidly developing proof-of-concepts using our in-house models
  • Preparing datasets, training neural networks, and evaluating performance metrics
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows that maximise production performance
  • Supporting project management activities, including regular customer meetings to review progress and resolve issues
  • Deploying solutions in the cloud, monitoring system behaviour, and providing ongoing support
  • Conducting on-site visits to assess customer requirements and ensure technical feasibility

 

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Begin mastering our platform, gaining hands-on experience with product components and internal tools
  • Explore real customer use cases to understand how our solutions are transforming industries
  • Complete your onboarding project through our online academy

 

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Design and deliver your first successful proof-of-concepts for prospective customers
  • Build confidence in your understanding of our product’s key components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain insight into the sales process and technical project execution by shadowing solution engineers, solution architects, and customer success managers

 

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Support the implementation of a large enterprise account by scoping and delivering a high-impact pilot project
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools or off-the-shelf models to enhance team productivity
  • Visit customer sites to gain first-hand insight into how our solutions are used in the field

 

Within 1 year, you will:

  • Oversee full-scale deployment of industrial-grade image recognition solutions, managing data science and architecture for major clients
  • Act as the go-to technical expert for customer success and sales teams, offering guidance on deep learning, dataset management, deployment architecture, and more
  • Mentor new team members, helping to grow the solution architect team and contributing to recruitment efforts

 

What You’ll Bring
Essential skills & experience:

  • Native or near-native French speaker
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A passion for solving real-world problems and an ability to creatively connect and optimise components to tackle complex challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new challenges and technologies

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience using Python for data science
  • Experience with machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualisation
